Spring Dinners at the winery
Our Kitchen opened this last spring receiving a great embrace from the community. We are very excited to offer you a line up of delectable dinners and fun events. Events take place in our dining room coined the Cellar Room. Fresh local cuisine, delicious wines and gregarious service in a sophisticated atmosphere. Make your reservation in advance below or by calling 425.487.1648 ext 1. Reservations need to be made by noon the Wednesday prior to event.

Spring into Spring
Friday, April 27, 7pm
This is a four course meal with wines paired with a divine spring mix of delectable dishes. The ticket is $90/person + tax & 20% service charge, serving:

Anchovy Aioli, Wild Watercress, Toasted Pine Nuts
~ Alaskan Halibut
Pea Vines, English Peas, Morel Mushroom Cream Sauce
~ Ninety Farms Ranch Lamb
Pearl Cous Cous, Brussels Sprouts, Fennel Confit, Fig-Lamb Demi Glace

Rosemary Walnut Crumb, Beet Foam, Lemon Curd
