We invite you to start the holiday season with a Thanksgiving Dinner in DiStefano Winery cellar. Barking Frog Executive Chef, Bobby Moore, will prepare a four-course dinner and Mark Newton, DiStefano Winery Owner and Winemaker, will pair each course with wine.The ticket is $95/person + tax & gratuity, serving:
Soup — Jalapeño Spiced Butternut Squash Soup with Bourbon Whipped Cream Honey Drizzle
Salad — Winter Greens Salad with Delicatta Squash, White Cheddar, Pumpkin Seeds and Brown Butter Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette
Entree — Turkey Leg Confit Potato Bread Pudding, Wild Mushrooms and Green Beans with Roasted Free Range Turkey Breast
Dessert — Mini Dessert Sampler: Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Pecan Pie and Apple Pie
