Spring Cigar Dinner in the Cellar
We are known for our Cigar Dinners, with our barrel bonfires, rich wines and exquisite dinner. Barking Frog Executive Chef, Bobby Moore, will prepare a four-course dinner and Mark Newton, DiStefano Winery Owner and Winemaker, will pair each course with wine and fine cigars. These dinners are sold out very quickly, we recommend making a reservation in advance. Reservations need to be made by noon the Wednesday prior to event. See photos from past cigar dinner.

Amuse — Artisan Charcuterie with Olives, Cornichons and Grain Mustard
Salad — Smoked Salmon and Watercress Salad, Fennel Confit, Oven Dried Tomatoes in Herbed Creamy Whole Grain Mustard Vinaigrette
Entree — Bobby's Spice Rubbed Ribeye, Smoked Bacon Truffle Macaroni with White Cheddar Cheese and Sautéed Swiss Chard
